Gozde Kabadayi is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group, with experience that includes both litigation and corporate work for a wide range of clients.
Gozde’s litigation practice focuses on representing commercial and business clients in complex disputes in state and federal courts and private arbitration and mediation. She also represents entities, individuals, and sovereigns in cross-border disputes and international arbitrations before the ICC and ICSID, along with clients in the construction, hedge fund, private equity, and hospitality industries.
On the corporate side, she advises public and private companies on a wide range of transactions and general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and due diligence.
Previously, she was an associate at other law firms in New York and Istanbul, Turkey, and served as Associate Legal Counsel for Apifiny Group Inc., a leading fintech company connecting centralized financial institutions with decentralized networks to reimagine global liquidity, trading, and settlement value chains.
