Matthew A. Marcucci is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Litigation Group.
A skilled and tactical practitioner, Matthew provides strategic counsel to clients at every stage of litigation. He focuses his practice on high-stakes matters involving the ownership and control of real property and closely held business interests. Underlying Matthew’s real-estate litigation practice is his experience handling nearly every type of complex commercial dispute, making him an adept advocate for his clients’ positions.
Among other matters, Matthew has litigated partnership disputes over valuable real-estate portfolios, claims alleging breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business torts, sui generis real-estate actions involving multifamily properties, and commercial mortgage foreclosures. He also has experience in trusts and estates litigation, art law, and all manner of intra- and inter-company disputes.
