Laffey to Judge at the UCLA Transactional Law Competition 2026
Pryor Cashman Partner Kelly Siobhan Laffey, a member of the firm’s Corporate Group and its Mergers + Acquisitions and Emerging Companies + Venture Capital Practice Groups, will serve as a judge at the 2026 UCLA Transactional Law Competition, hosted by the UCLA School of Law.
The UCLA Transactional Law Competition provides law students with the opportunity to draft and negotiate a simulated complex business transaction. Teams, representing either the buyer or the seller, prepare portions of a proposed agreement and negotiate terms with opposing teams, gaining practical experience in transactional law. Experienced practitioners serve as judges, offering insight and feedback throughout the competition.
