Pryor Cashman Represents Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology in Registered Direct Offering

Pryor Cashman represented Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology (NASDAQ CM: BHAT) in a registered direct offering to accredited investors for aggregate gross proceeds to the company of approximately $7.6 million. The offering closed on February 3, 2021.

BHAT is a producer, developer, and operator of augmented reality interactive entertainment games and toys in China, including interactive educational materials, mobile games, and toys with mobile game features. 

Representing BHAT in the transaction from Pryor Cashman’s nationally-recognized Corporate Group were Partner Elizabeth Chen, Chair of the firm’s China practice, Partner Michael T. Campoli and Associate Will Rao.
