Michelle Muñoz-Machen is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Global Mobility Practice, where she advises on complex U.S. immigration, global mobility, and compliance matters for multinational clients. With over a decade of experience, Michelle is known for her interdisciplinary approach to immigration strategy, blending legal expertise, risk management, and business alignment to support workforce mobility at scale.
Before joining Pryor Cashman, Michelle served as senior legal counsel for global immigration at a global fintech company, where she developed and led policies and compliance frameworks for immigration operations across North America, EMEA, and APAC. She has also held senior positions at top law firms, where she counseled Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations on inbound U.S. immigration strategy, global visa planning, and workforce risk mitigation. Michelle has worked across a wide array of industries—including tech, finance, life sciences, higher education, performing arts, and investment funds—navigating high-volume, fast-paced immigration processes with precision and strategic foresight. Michelle began her career at the City Bar Justice Center and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where she assisted with immigration-related programs serving vulnerable members of NYC’s immigrant community.
