Screen Media Films has acquired the North American rights to "Wild Horse, Wild Ride", a documentary directed by husband and wife filmmakers Alex Dawson and Greg Gricus. Pryor Cashman's Anne Atkinson represented the filmmakers in the transaction.

As reported by Variety on June 12, 2012, "Wild Horse, Wild Ride" focuses on an annual horse-taming contest where individuals try to save wild mustangs from life beyond federal corrals by taming them. The film will have its theatrical debut in New York on August 24, 2012, followed by a platform rollout throughout September.
