Nanoosh Mediterranean Hummus Bar has tapped Pryor Cashman’s Restaurant, Food and Beverage practice to help in its rapid expansion. Nanoosh offers healthy organic hummus plates and wraps, organic salads and soups in many different varieties in a modern, chic yet casual lounge atmosphere.

After previously representing Nanoosh in acquiring its first prime location across from Lincoln Center, Pryor Cashman simultaneously closed a successful equity financing for Nanoosh and the acquisition of Nanoosh’s second location on the Upper East Side on December 1, 2008, while continuing prosecution of trademark registrations and counseling on day-to-day restaurant operations. 

The interdisciplinary Pryor Cashman team from the Corporate, Real Estate and Intellectual Property Groups included Partners Ken Schulman, Rich Frazer and Teresa Lee, counsel Andrea Gendel, and associate Robert Lamonica.
