Pryor Cashman Represents AdExchanger in Acquisition by Access Intelligence
On June 15, 2017, Pryor Cashman client AdExchanger, an integrated media and events company devoted to the digital advertising and marketing space, was acquired by leading worldwide information and marketing company, Access Intelligence.
Founded in 2008 and based in New York City, AdExchanger’s events and daily publications attract thousands of advertising and marketing technology professionals and cover key topics, including programmatic, header bidding, data, brand safety and measurement.
Founder John Ebbert recently said of the transaction, “We are very excited to join the Access Intelligence team as we continue with our goal to educate, entertain and enlighten our audience.”
