Francesca Djerejian is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate and Hotel + Hospitality Groups.

She represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, financings, commercial transactions, complex restructurings, corporate governance, and general corporate and transactional matters. 

Francesca also advises developers, private equity firms, and property owners in the hospitality industry in the negotiation of hotel management, development, and joint venture agreements. 

Recent transactions include:

  • Pure Flix Entertainment in the sale of its subscription streaming video service to Sony Pictures’ subsidiary AFFIRM Entertainment, Inc.
  • WE Transport, Inc., the school bus operations company, in its acquisition by Beacon Mobility.
  • Eden Roc, LLLP in its negotiations with Davidson Hotel Company LLC d/b/a Pivot Hotels & Resorts in connection with a management transition for the Eden Roc Miami Beach and Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc.

Academic Achievements

Francesca is a 2012 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was the Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for her involvement in the Criminal Defense Clinic.

Prior to attending law school, she worked as a freelance hip-hop journalist.
