Pryor Cashman Represents Consumer Testing Labs in Sale to UL
Pryor Cashman represented Consumer Testing Laboratories, Inc. (CTL), a leading multinational retail testing company, in its sale to premier global independent safety science company, UL. The transaction closed on October 4, 2016.
CTL, a privately held company based in Bentonville, Arkansas, is a recognized leader in quality assurance services for the retail industry.
By acquiring CTL – which owns and operates facilities in five countries – UL will expand its global footprint and strengthen its retail service portfolio.
