Delta Galil Industries, Ltd. (DELT/Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, DELTY.PK/OTCQX), the global manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label apparel products for men, women and children, acquired from Russell-Newman, Inc. (“RN”), the assets of KN Karen Neuburger®, the lifestyle brand of women’s sleepwear, loungewear, robes, accessories and home products sold through department store channels. The transaction closed on June 29, 2011,

The transaction was effected by means of a “peaceful possession” sale among RN, RN’s secured lenders and Delta Galil USA Inc pursuant to Article 9 under the New York Uniform Commercial Code.

Delta Galil was represented in the transaction by members of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate, Intellectual Property and other practice groups, including Partners Richard Frazer, Richard Levy, Kenneth Schulman, Teresa Lee and  Jeffrey Johnson, along with Counsel Louis Ciccone and Associate Muzamil Huq.
