Pryor Cashman represented Emigrant Realty Finance, LLC in connection with a loan in excess of $15 million made to a private New York City construction lender.  

The transaction, which closed in March 2016, will help to partially finance the development and construction of a new mixed use building in the burgeoning Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The building will feature residential units (including affordable housing units), retail space and above-grade parking.  

Representing Emigrant Realty Finance, LLC on the transaction were Ronald Kremnitzer, Joseph Brasile and Ari Tran of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, and Lawrence Remmel of Pryor Cashman’s Banking & Finance Group.
