Pryor Cashman represented chef and entrepreneur Alex Dzieduszycki, the founder of Terra Chips and Alexia Foods, Inc., in connection with a private equity investment in Julian’s Recipe, LLC, Dzieduszycki’s newest venture, by TSG Consumer Partners. Julian’s Recipe is a pioneer in bringing frozen Liège-style Belgian waffles to North America. The deal closed on October 5, 2010.

Pryor Cashman also represented Dzieduszycki in connection with his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Raybern Foods, LLC, a producer and nationwide distributor of frozen New York Deli Style Sandwiches.
