Pryor Cashman represented the joint venture of Hudson Realty Capital and Pinnacle Holding Company in the sale of a multifamily portfolio in Kew Garden Hills.

The site consists of 53 buildings containing 1,270 apartments on 24.6 acres. With a purchase price of $216 million, the deal is the single largest complex sale in Queens since 1997.

Representing the joint venture were Partners Ronald B. Kremnitzer, Co-Chair of Pryor Cashman's Real Estate Group, and Samson R. Bechhofer.
