Pryor Cashman represented client Turbon America Inc. in its August 30, 2013 asset acquisition of Massachusetts-based Clarity Imaging Technologies, Inc., a leading developer and distributor of OEM compatible laser toner cartridges.

Turbon America, Inc. is a member of “The Turbon Group,” a group of companies owned, directly or indirectly, by Germany-based Turbon AG, the world’s largest publicly-owned remanufacturer and collector of laser toner cartridges. Pryor Cashman has represented “The Turbon Group” on U.S. legal matters since 2005.
