Katz Shares Insights on Prenuptial Agreements at Featured Hamptons "Prenups and Pilates" Event

During the event, Marcy shared practical guidance on prenuptial agreements and answered attendees’ questions about planning before marriage, including how matrimonial laws and outcomes can vary depending on whether a couple lives in New York or Connecticut. Discussing the importance of understanding the applicable state law, she explained:
