Wendy LaManque is a Partner in Pryor Cashman’s Labor + Employment Group, where her practice focuses on collective bargaining, discrimination and harassment, and labor-management relations representation and general advisory services with a focus on healthcare professionals.

Over the course of her career, Wendy has provided representation and advice to labor organizations, individual employees, and employers across a wide range of industries, including live entertainment, air travel, healthcare, public housing, and the U.S. Postal Service. She leverages her practice in administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and NYC Office of Collective Bargaining, litigation in state and federal court, and extensive experience at the bargaining table to achieve favorable workplace outcomes for her clients. Wendy also brings experience advising clients on internal governance and compliance issues, including handbook and policy review and training, sexual harassment prevention, and workplace investigations. 

Wendy is regularly quoted in entertainment industry publications, and she has been published in the New York State Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Journal and the Syracuse Law Review. She is a sought-after speaker and CLE presenter on panels and webinars, including for the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance, the New York State Bar Association, the Peggy Browning Fund Summer Fellowship Series, and Cornell University’s ILR Labor Roundtable.

Previously, she was Counsel & Director of Organizational Compliance for the American Guild of Musical Artists, and was a labor + employment associate at another New York law firm.
