Pryor Cashman Represents CSI Innovations Inc. in Sale of Catapult Systems
Pryor Cashman represented CSI Innovations Inc. (“CSI”) in connection with its sale of Catapult Systems, LLC (“Catapult Systems”) for an aggregate cash consideration of US $51.5 million to Quisitive Technology Solutions, Inc. (TSXV: QUIS).
Catapult Systems is a premier Microsoft-focused consulting company headquartered in Austin, Texas. The transaction closed on November 22, 2021. Pryor Cashman represented CSI in its acquisition of Catapult Systems in 2013.
Representing CSI from Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group were Partners John Crowe, Elizabeth Chen, Jeffery Johnson, Counsel Francesca Djerejian, Associate Jens Thomsen, and Shrivats Sanganeria. The project also receives assistance from Partner Michael Dunworth, Associate Taylor Weinstein and Islame Hosny from the Tax Group, Partner Shane Stroud and Counsel Matthew Young from the Executive Compensation Group, along with assistance from intellectual property and real estate groups.
