James Bologna is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group and Investment Management Practice, where his practice focuses on advising private fund sponsors in connection with corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters, including the formation, structuring, offering, and ongoing operation of hedge funds and private equity funds.

James also has experience advising clients in connection with derivatives and trading documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, prime brokerage, master confirmations, futures clearing arrangements, and repurchase agreements.

Previously, he was an investment funds associate at another major New York law firm.
