On December 28, 2021, Essex Finishing Operating Company, LLC acquired substantially all of the assets of Essex Coatings + Finishing, LLC, a New Jersey company specializing in finishing and distributing custom, wide planking flooring.  Pryor Cashman represented Essex Coatings + Finishings, LLC in the transaction.  Partners Jeffrey Johnson, a member of Pryor Cashman's Corporate Group and Mike Dunworth, a member of Pryor Cashman's Tax Group, led the Pryor Cashman team, with principal assistance provided by associates Alex Louis (Corporate) and Islame Hosny (Tax), along with additional support from partners Larry Remmel (Banking), Matt Young (Executive Compensation, ERISA & Employee Benefits), Colleen Caden (Immigration) and David Rose (Litigation) and attorneys LaKeisha Caton (Labor & Employment), Jason Pachter (Corporate), and Mollie Adam (Corporate).
