In its review of Hospitality Cases to Watch in 2015, Law360 put the hotel owner-manager battle between Pryor Cashman client Eden Roc and Marriott International, Inc. in the number one spot. 

After a game-changing March 2013 ruling allowed Eden Roc to sever ties with Marriott and end their 30-year management agreement for the historic Miami property, the two companies continue to fight to determine liability and damages for breach of contract.
