Pryor Cashman Represents Videri, Inc. in Partnership With Outfront Media and Introduction of New Digital Display Platform

Pryor Cashman client Videri, Inc. has entered into an exclusive sector partnership with OUTFRONT Media (formerly CBS Outdoors, a publicly-traded company on the NYSE), one of the largest out-of-home media companies in the U.S.

Videri developed an advanced digital content distribution platform, with patent-pending addressable displays, cloud distribution, engaging content capabilities, and a unique app-enabled infrastructure. Pryor Cashman worked with Videri from inception to structure its corporate operations and to secure its intellectual property in a manner that enables it to most effectively go to market with various industry sector strategic partners.

The first of such strategic partnerships, Videri’s partnership with OUTFRONT, was consummated in December 2014 and resulted in Outfront’s expansion of its media portfolio. By utilizing Videri technology, OUTFRONT will be able to create new ways to connect advertisers with the best audiences in a transformational manner and engage audiences at a mass scale, including the capability to deliver highly targeted campaigns.

Campoli of the firm’s Corporate Group represented Videri on the transaction. Associate Jonathan Stein, a member of the Tax Group, assisted with tax matters related to the transaction.
