Pryor Cashman represented the Community Synagogue of Rye, a non-profit charitable organization, in connection with a $2.8 million construction loan from Sterling National Bank.

The transaction, which closed in May 2018, will help to finance the construction and renovation costs for the Synagogue, which is located in Rye, New York. The project will feature updates to the Synagogue’s sanctuary, social hall and other public and functional spaces occupied by the congregants and staff.

Representing Community Synagogue of Rye on the transaction were Partners Robert Goodkind, Lawrence Remmel and Joseph Brasile, along with Associate Matthew Repetto.
