Shane J. Stroud

Pryor Cashman Partner Shane Stroud, chair of the Executive Compensation, ERISA + Employee Benefits Practice, served as a guest faculty member for Tulane Law School’s Intersession 2024, “Introduction to the Practice of Transactional Law.”

Participating 2Ls and 3Ls played the role of buyer’s counsel in the context of an asset purchase transaction, giving them practical insight as to how such a transaction unfolds, from the negotiation and signing of a letter of intent through the negotiation of an asset purchase agreement. Shane played the role of the buyer-client during the session.
