In one such PIPE transaction, Pryor Cashman represented Chardan Capital Markets (“Chardan”) in its capacity as placement agent in connection with a registered public offering of $6 million of common stock and warrants in Inventergy Global, Inc. (NASDAQ:INVT), a Silicon Valley-based intellectual property company dedicated to acquiring and licensing the patented technologies of market-significant technology leaders.

The firm also represented Chardan in its role as placement agent in a direct offering of 7.4 million shares of common stock in Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:NWBO), a clinical stage biotechnology company focused on the development of personalized cancer vaccines designed to treat a broad range of solid tumor cancers.
