Pryor Cashman represented Eden Roc, LLLP in securing a $190 million CMBS financing package from lenders Cantor Commercial Real Estate Lending, L.P. and Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp.  The transaction, which closed in June 2015,  will help to finance the strategic revamp of the luxurious Eden Roc Hotel & Resort, an iconic 631-room ocean-front hotel situated beside the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Water Bay on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida.
