Pryor Cashman Client Alvarez & Marsal Signs Lease at SL Green Realty’s 100 Park Avenue

Pryor Cashman represented Alvarez & Marsal in a leasing transaction for the firm's new office location at 100 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The firm has secured 220,221 square feet of office space within the building managed by SL Green Realty.
This leasing agreement follows the firm's earlier lease at 488 Madison Avenue in May for its Property Solutions division.
Alvarez & Marsal was represented by Bradley Kaufman, co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Leasing Practice and a member of the Real Estate Group.
