The firm organized a CLE roundtable event titled "AI Lightning Round: Legal Essentials for Dealing with AI Across Your Business" at our New York office. The program was moderated by Partner and Chair of the AI Interdisciplinary Group, Benjamin Semel, and organized by Partner Josh Weigensberg.

The panelists included Partners Robert deBrauwere, Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme, Sidhardha Kamaraju, Chris Loeber, Simon Pulman, Frank Scibilia, Counsel Wendy LaManque, and Associate Roger J. McLaughlin.

The event covered a range of issues for businesses including responding to AI-enabled fraud, the role of AI risk profiles in transactions, anticipated enforcement activity by regulators, protections for AI-generated content, insurance coverage for AI-related risks, and other key emerging issues.
