Pryor Cashman represented global textile manufacturer Intradeco in the acquisition of Headsweats, maker of ultra-light, wicking performance headwear. The purchase, which closed July 1, 2018, will allow Headsweats to expand its offerings into the performance shirt and apparel arena.

Founded in 1982, Intradeco operates with a holistic approach to manufacturing that emphasizes social and environmental responsibility. Its state-of-the-art solar-powered distribution center and commitment to reducing manufacturing waste will enable Headsweats to expand production while enhancing sustainable practices.
